The Synar Merchant Track Data Entry Screens are now open for new provider data entry. Please note that a few changes have been made to the screens to ensure high quality and efficient data entry. These Ecco screens have been closed to data entry since early December for data verification efforts. Programs can now catch up their data entry efforts from late last year!
Under both the Part 1: Merchant Education Visit and Part 2: Tobacco Survey the Save Visit Button that was Green is now Red in color. Also Ecco will no longer allow you to add new visits without first selecting Save. We were seeing occurrences system wide where users were auditing multiple store visits but not saving their work – thus resulting in possible data loss.
The TTA Center encourages all users to check your merchant track entries for accuracy and fidelity within Ecco. Use Ecco Reporting Features and the Merchant Tracker Store Download to ensure that your data is being entered into the system correctly. Contact the TTA Staff if you see instances of missing data that you thought was entered or unusual reporting results.
